MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To oversee and manage the operations of the hospital to ensure safe patient care by providing comprehensive, high-quality, efficient health care services and delivering on budgets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Drive business growth, strategy and development for the hospital Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, specifically doctors Manage and control hospital budgets/finances Manage client experience Manage patient safety Lead and manage the people in the hospital Manage and mitigate hospital risks Ensure continuous improvement of the overall quality of services delivered Facilitate the implementation of initiatives to integrate health service delivery across the continuum of care and support the region REQUIRED EDUCATION
