Host – Casino Marketing & Player Development
Position Summary
The Casino Host is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with casino guests through exceptional service, personalized attention and proactive customer engagement. The Host contributes to customer acquisition, retention and loyalty while promoting the Cipriani luxury experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist casino guests.
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and prospect potential players.
