- Experience as a Hotel or Hostel administrator.
- Experience in personnel management, either office or construction.
- Experience in Airbnb and administration.
Duties
- Care for guests, advise them and cautiously inform them of the hotel rules during their stay.
- Generate work plans for the office staff.
- Create strategies to increase the booking impact on the different platforms.
- Maintain and take care of the Chief and owner's capital in charge of the properties.
