The Role
As General Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the hotel. Reporting to senior leadership within Schulte Hospitality, you will lead all departments to deliver outstanding financial performance, exceptional guest satisfaction, and a highly engaged team culture.
You will act as the face of the hotel both internally and externally, building strong relationships with guests, ownership representatives, local stakeholders, tourism partners, golf travel operators, and brand partners.
