Plan and organize tasks Manage and maintain a preventive maintenance system to keep all day to day operations running smoothly Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures. Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly. Ability to proactively discern operational concerns and address to eliminate/minimize downtime Knowledge of problem solving techniques and methods Knowledge of common causes of equipment malfunction Ability to estimate cost and time of completing a job Oversee, motivate and train team members Welcome all guests.
