Job Description - Non-Exempt Position Title: Housekeeping Inspector Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor/General Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Purpose The Housekeeping Inspector inspects all units to ensure cleanliness for all future guests and Owners. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities listed may not apply to all locations Thoroughly inspects assigned units to ensure complete cleanliness and set up Checks the assigned units to ensure proper cleaning Calls room attendant to clean any area that was missed or not properly cleaned Aids the Housekeeping Supervisors in promoting a cooperative spirit among the housekeepers Alerts Supervisor/Manager to areas that need further attention and to housekeepers that need further instructions in certain areas Performs all other duties as assigned General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensurin...
