Job Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation throughout the hotel’s public areas. This role ensures that every space reflects the property’s excellence, overseeing the implementation of hygiene, safety, and quality protocols.
The main objective is to lead and support the housekeeping team in daily operations, maintain efficient processes, and deliver an impeccable environment for both guests and colleagues.
In alignment with Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, and One&Only Palmilla standards, the Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that all public areas consistently deliver genuine luxury experiences, anticipating guest needs through attention to detail, personalization, and flawless presentation.
