About the Role
This position aims to support the HRBPs team in the implementation of Engagement/Talent initiatives across Corporate/Group IT while defining, executing, and continuously improving administrative HR processes.
- Structure and standardize common HR administrative processes across teams, such as FTE reporting, HR KPIs, organizational charts, and data maintenance through HR systems.
- Assess and implement optimal and efficient ways of working to reduce workload, improve accuracy, and enhance data availability.
- Support the implementation of Engagement/Talent initiatives across Group IT, in alignment with the HRBPs team.
