Job Summary
This role provides a broad range of learning support across planning, implementation, evaluation, operations, and reporting to support and advise the Canadian Business Banking (CBB) L&D portfolio. It analyzes and supports the development and execution of L&D solutions as per line of business prioritized initiatives. In addition to core Learning Specialist responsibilities, the role can lead selected low‑to‑medium‑complex initiatives end‑to‑end, functioning as a beginner‑intermediate dual Learning Solutions Architect (LSA) / Project Manager (PM), while supporting large pan‑portfolio and line‑of‑business (LOB) initiatives under the direction of the Lead LSA.
