Job Description
We are seeking a senior-level, highly analytical HR Analyst V / Learning Specialist to join our Canadian Business Banking (CBB) Learning & Development portfolio. Operating at the intersection of program coordination, project management, and data analytics, this high-visibility role supports senior leadership in executing large-scale, enterprise-level learning frameworks.
The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of instructional design/coordination knowledge, strong data literacy, and the ability to craft compelling narratives for executives using analytics.
Start Date: July 6, 2026.
Duration: July 06, 2026, to October 29, 2027 (~16 months).
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week).
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite at Toronto).
Customer Data Access: None (Internal-facing corporate role).
