Job Description
At LHH, we are looking to recruit an HR Business Partner for a company located in the Ayala Valley. The selected candidate will join Human Resources, actively participating in the main processes, with a particular focus on training, development, talent management and labor relations, within a stable industrial environment that offers the opportunity to add value, drive initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the People function.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate in the overall management of the People area, supporting the organizations needs and acting as a link between the business and Human Resources.
Define, organize and monitor the training activities included in the Annual Training Plan.
Manage and control the training budget, coordinate external providers and handle training subsidies through FUNDAE.
