About the Role
We are looking for a well-rounded HR professional who combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution. In this role, you will be the main HR partner for our manufacturing plant, working closely with local leadership while also directly supporting employees at all levels – from the shop floor to senior management.
Here, you don't just define strategies: you also put them into practice. This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, solves day‑to‑day problems, and can naturally navigate between strategic conversations and operational demands.
