Overview
We are currently seeking an HR Consultant to join our team. The main purpose of this position is to provide Human Resources advice to the business, act as a core value advocate, participate in strategic business meetings to identify people implications, and adapt to changing business/function needs when needed.
Position Highlights
This role involves planning, developing, and coordinating HR initiatives to support strategic business goals. It serves as a strategic business partner, providing services related to employee and labor relations, and acts as a liaison between management and employees.
