Snapshot Of a Day-in-the-Life
- Lead hourly hiring activities – pre-screening candidates, interviewing, facilitating orientation, and preparing new hire packages.
- Set up new hires, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of WIN-PAK time cards, and entering documentation in SAP and Kronos.
- Partner with leaders to identify recruiting needs and play an active role in the selection process.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries.
- Ensure people movements (new hires, voluntary and involuntary terminations, promotions, transfers, etc.) are flawlessly executed in SAP.
- Coordinate and administer leaves, layoffs, and terminations.
