Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveHR Executive to support the HR department in managing the complete employee life cycle. The role involves handling onboarding, documentation, employee records, resignation processes, and HR data audits. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage theend-to-end employee onboarding process , including orientation and documentation.
Prepare and issueresignation acceptance emails and manage the offboarding process.
Maintain and updateemployee files, HR records, and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
