Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master s degree preferred. (Business school)
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring talent at all levels, particularly in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, applicant tracking systems, and talent management software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
