About the Opportunity
This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted HR role supporting 500–600 employees across Ontario and Quebec (including ~100 employees in Quebec). You'll report to an experienced HR leader who is a natural coach, values collaboration, and is committed to empowering her team with the tools and resources to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and workplace issues
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Oversee disability claims management (STD/LTD) and workers' compensation – especially Quebec processes
