About The Position
ADM is looking for an energetic HR Generalist to support our Lloydminster plant that processes canola seeds into oil, animal feed, and renewable fuel (biodiesel). As a trusted advisor, you will guide supervisors and managers, resolve workforce issues, ensure policy and legal compliance. You will collaborate with the Regional HR Manager to adapt global programs locally. As a versatile generalist, you will have a meaningful impact on daily operations.
