Reporting to the HRBP SITE r, the HR Generalist role involves responsible of driving solutions and actions for the business, employees, and HR teams by utilizing systems, tools, and data. Provide data and information analysis to help solve HR issues, ensuring these adhere to the organizations policies and objectives. Offer high-quality and timely support to employees, centres of expertise, managers and HRBP´s regarding HR matters.
Typical Day
- Close contact with partners (HRBP) in activities related to Regional HR processes.
- Information analysis.
- Follow‑up on transfers.
- Promote and enable the self‑service delivery model.
