Responsible for providing administrative support on a day-to-day basis for the HR Department.
Specific Responsibilities
- Delivers full recruitment services including job postings, sourcing, testing, interviewing and employee offers through to onboarding.
- Conducts all new hiring HR orientation, and other applicable training as required.
- Tracks probationary employees’ attendance and ensure completion of 2, 14, 30, 60, 90 day and semi-annual assessments by Coaches and Team Leaders.
- Liaison for benefit and pension program for hourly and salary employees.
- Processes all changes in HR systems including new hires and terminations and ensures all supporting documentation is completed and filed accurately and in a timely manner.
