Intern – Financial Technology Team (General Services)
Job Summary: Join our Financial Technology Team as an intern in the General Services area, gaining hands‐on experience in technology solutions that support financial operations.
Perform Workday integration monitoring and send integration results to users (Workday, PNET and T&A).
Provide user support and execute mass load processes in Workday.
Update SharePoint and develop application instructions.
Facilitate meetings with users and manage HRIS metrics.
Interact with providers such as Workday, Capgemini, PeopleNet, and T&A.
Maintain Total Rewards tools (MS Forms, Power Automate, macros).
Support Total Rewards areas: benefits management, savings fund, retirement (pension plan), compensation management.
Requirements:
Current student in the last semesters of Computer/Systems/Software Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration.
