Job Description

Responsibilities
1.Report directly to the Chinese HR Director (HRD) and collaborate closely with the China HR team.
2.Assist the
Chinese HRD in implementing corporate HR strategies and ensuring alignment with local operations.
3.Lead and manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
4.Support the design and execution of HR policies, procedures, and talent management systems under the guidance of the Chinese HRD.
5.Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.
6.Promote organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology and Law or related field.
2.6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
