Hire Resolve is searching for an experienced HR Manager to join our client in Durban. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making job offers Manage all legal and statutory requirements within the company.
