Job Description
Location: Oakville, Canada • Sector: HR & Personnel • Salary: $125,000.00 CAD to $140,000.00 CAD per annum
We’re partnering with a large, well-established organization to hire an HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs. This high‑impact leadership role focuses on elevating and aligning Talent Acquisition across a complex North American business. The position is fully in‑office in Oakville, ON and will require occasional travel to Edmonton, AB once a month.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 CAD
- Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance
