About the Role
We’re hiring a Human Resources Operations Manager to support a growing transportation and logistics organization with over 300 employees. This is a hands‑on HR role where you’ll work closely with leadership while supporting a diverse workforce, including office staff, drivers, and warehouse teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead employee relations and handle workplace issues
- Support managers and employees with HR guidance
- Conduct investigations and ensure compliance
- Manage HR systems (ADP Workforce Now)
- Oversee benefits programs
- Support HR reporting, budgeting, and vendor management
