Position Summary
The HR & Payroll Plant Manager is responsible for leading all human resources and payroll functions at the Chihuahua manufacturing facility. This role ensures legal compliance, supports organizational development, manages labor relations, and drives employee engagement and development. The position also oversees accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal policies.

- Partner with plant leadership to support business objectives through effective HR strategies.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for the plant, ensuring the attraction and retention of qualified personnel.
- Champion employee engagement, development, and performance management programs.
