Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR functions for a new manufacturing facility in Johor Bahru. You will establish HR policies, recruit, manage employee relations, and support readiness from pre-opening through full production.
The role requires 8–12 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of labor laws.
