Job Description
The HR Solutions Expert l will follow defined processes and work instructions to support the different HR programs, providing excellent customer service, and manage the employees and stakeholder expectations. The HR Solutions Expert will also partner with other teams to provide services or resolve employee issues.
What will you do:
- Efficiently interact with employees and leaders to answer questions and resolve HR inquiries.
- Provide leave of absence support including receiving, auditing and processing medical leaves, paid, unpaid, bereavement, maternity and paternity leaves.
- Provide offboarding support including creation of offboarding documents, termination of workday reports, performing exit interviews
- Build reports for stakeholders, HR and payroll teams.
- Build employee physical folders and maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. <...
