Job Overview
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Supervisor is primarily responsible for the overall human resources strategy for Cementation Mining Mexico (CMM).
The role oversees strategic implementation and oversight of all HR programs in alignment with organizational goals.

HR Responsibilities
Manage the HR support team at the current Mexico site(s).
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements for day‐to‐day employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provide day‐to‐day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
