ClearWater is seeking HSE Advisors with industrial experience for a temporary position in Hamilton, ON starting July/August 2026. This position has a Monday to Thursday schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. It does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance, so it is best suited for local candidates. What would you be doing?
- Promote and reinforce a strong HSE culture by engaging employees and subcontractors, supporting orientations, pre‑job meetings, and advising on legislation, best practices, and required training.
- Support field safety activities by assisting with hazard assessments, workplace inspections, incident investigations, PPE/equipment checks, and ensuring compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
