Job Description
You are an experienced Health & Safety Advisor who consistently conveys professional judgment and builds effective relationships across all levels. You will play a key role in the execution and implementation of a diverse range of health and safety programs and will work on challenging projects with collaborative teams to meet and exceed Ledcor’s safety standards. This role is site‑based; the specific rotation schedule and project location will be determined based on project requirements.
Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of the work area and meet with field supervisors to discuss potential problems, ensuring the adequate supply of safety equipment such as protective equipment, fire extinguishers, respirators, etc.
- Advise operations regarding Ledcor’s Health and Safety Management System, based on a solid understanding of program execution throughout the project lifecycle.
