You will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, minimize risks, and continuously improve HSE performance while supporting sustainable and safe operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, internal policies, and Hitachi Energy standards across the factory
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and define mitigation actions
- Drive incident investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive measures
