+ Undertaking usability evaluations in line with Human Factors standards for equipment/ layout/ HMIs to demonstrate systems support operators to perform tasks in an efficient manner
+ Conducting Project Ergonomics Surveys including observing current railway signalling tasks, level crossing control, measuring operational workload, impact assessments, Training Needs Analysis and analysing and presenting data to be fed into design activities and presented to clients
