The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-known healthcare organization in Hamilton, TX to find Human Resources Clerk to play a key role in creating a positive employee experience through onboarding, education management, and HR administration. What Youll Do Key Responsibilities Coordinate monthly new hire orientation, including scheduling, organizing refreshments, materials, and presentations Manage employee training and Health.edu education requirements Assign courses to employees, monitor progress, and report compliance status Partner with leadership to review and update training programs Process employee changes, including transfers, promotions, status changes, terminations, name changes, and salary adjustments Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation What We Are Looking For Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Previous receptionist experience preferred High attention to detail and confidentiality Professional & able to manage multiple prioriti...
