Human Resource Specialist - 6-Month Fixed Term Contract
Take the lead on Employee Relations for the Consumer Shopper Engagement and Business Support Operations teams. Bring expertise in Mexican Labor Law, investigations, compliance, and workforce lifecycle management.
Core Responsibilities- Own Employee Relations governance: lead investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, grievances, ethics cases, and conflict resolution.
- Mitigate labor and compliance risk: ensure adherence to Mexican Labor Law, telework regulations, STPS requirements, internal policies, and audit standards; anticipate and prevent litigation, inspections, or reputational risk.
- Act as trusted advisor to site leadership: mentor managers on performance management, difficult conversations, workforce decisions, documentation standards, and employee engagement risks.
