Culture Captain- Help create a workplace where employees feel welcomed, supported, and valued.
- Coordinate employee events, celebrations, prize draws, birthdays, anniversaries, and shoutouts.
- Organize holiday parties, staff lunches, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
- Help bring our company values to life every day.
- Support the full recruitment process from posting jobs to onboarding new hires.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
