Hillebrand Gori Canada, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in Delta, British Columbia . In this strategic role, you will align human resources practices with the overall business goals of the company, working closely with leadership and managers to drive organizational performance through people strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR plans and policies to build a culture that encourages high performance and retention of talent
- Ensure HR policies compliance with statutory regulations and are consistent with internal and external best practices
- Lead and deliver key HR activities both through own teams or centres of expertise and provide HR service portfolio to defined organization
- Manage vendor/service relationships and service level agreements with specific business units for a range of HR services (e.g. outsourced payroll)
