Role Summary
Based in Milton Kingdom, the HRBP will work closely with the senior leadership and leadership teams of JD's logistics division. You are responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business goals, fostering talent development, and establishing a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with logistics leadership to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR support to enhance organizational performance.
- Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
