Job Overview
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the Career Sales Force, you will provide strategic advice and counsel to the Senior Leadership team on all aspects of human resources (HR) including talent and workforce management, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, rewards and recognition, employee relations, diversity, organizational design and change management.
Reporting to the Senior HRBP for National Career Sales Force business, you will support the Regional Banking HR Team and advise the CSF Senior Management Team on national priorities, ultimately supporting the business goals of Career Sales Force.
