Act as a strategic partner to local management to support business initiatives with aligned, effective, and responsible HR practices. Promote and embed the company culture by supporting managers and teams in their day-to-day operations. Ensure smooth labor relations in a unionized environment and represent the employer in various labor relations committees. Support managers in interpreting and applying the collective agreement, particularly in grievance management. Lead talent management activities: staffing, engagement, skills development, performance, and succession planning. Oversee the local implementation of corporate HR programs and policies.
