Job Overview
The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the organization’s people initiatives, with a primary focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. In addition to managing the full recruitment lifecycle, this position supports a wide range of HR generalist functions, including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, HR administration, employee engagement, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition through to offer acceptance.
- Create and post job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews. Conduct reference checks and background verification processes.
