Become a strategic partner in HR with Day & Ross as a Human Resources Manager in Lachine, QC. This role supports workforce planning, talent development, and HR initiatives.
As an HR Manager with Day & Ross, you'll leverage your expertise in workforce management and employee relations to guide business strategy. Working closely with Centers of Excellence, you'll ensure alignment between HR programs and business goals while fostering a high-performing culture.
