About Position
We are looking for an accomplished HR professional, with an intimate knowledge of the HR function and a keen understanding of what it takes to effectively partner with business leaders to drive business success through our most important resource—our people. The HR Manager will be based in Guadalajara, Mexico and responsible for the end‑to‑end HR function for Mexico and Costa Rica.
What will you do:- Develop a deep understanding of the HR department and corporate business goals, aligning HR strategies, programs, and resources to achieve desired results.
- Identify development and training needs of the centers and design programs and initiatives to support career growth and opportunities.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Work with Finance and Compensation partners to establish and recommend budgets for job offers, promotions and transfers, bonuses/incentive payouts.
