Eaton’s Residential Wiring Devices division is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager. This position is onsite. Relocation within Mexico is available.
What you’ll do:Support the plant in meeting customer expectations by developing & administering HR policies, processes & programs. Administer the global HR policies in reference to compensation, employee relations, recruiting, talent development, talent acquisition and community services. Manages the human resources function in Monterrey, Mexico with a strong emphasis in establishing and improving key HR systems and processes necessary to support growth.
