Receive, assess, and conduct workplace investigations, ensuring compliance with BC employment law and internal policies.Advise leadership on disciplinary actions, performance management, and progressive discipline.Resolve complaints and conflicts fairly, timely, and with cultural awareness.Maintain thorough documentation and records for all employee relations matters.
