This role serves as a vital liaison between staff, administration, and sending agencies, helping ensure clear communication, healthy transitions, and strong alignment with Dakar Academys Christ-centered mission. Responsibilities: To oversee recruitment and retention, manage staff data and documentation, provide staff support and coaching, coordinate onboarding and orientation, maintain relationships with sending agencies, and contribute to policy development and administrative team initiatives.
