Join Vancouver Aquarium as a Human Resources Manager during an 18-month coverage. Lead HR initiatives that enhance employee relations, performance management, and recruitment while impacting guest experiences directly.
This full-time, temporary role requires an HR generalist skilled in shaping policies and improving communication across a vibrant and diverse workforce. You will partner with the Director of Human Resources to address all facets of HR service delivery and strategy while managing a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive employee relations, performance management, and recruitment
• Develop strategic HR initiatives for retention and succession planning
• Maintain and enhance HR policies and employee communication
• Design impactful Employee Value Proposition initiatives
• Lead employee recognition programs and systems
Requirements:
• Degree in Business or Human Resources Management
