Responsibilities
- Experience of Human Resources in the steel/metals industry (preferable).
- Formulation and publication of job advertisements.
- Conducting pre-screening, online and phone interviews.
- Act as a recruiter on social media platforms and professional networks such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or attending trade fair events to look for suitable staff.
