About the role
Our Human Resources team, composed of 8 people, is integrated in the HR Connect department and focuses on supporting the employees in collaboration with the business. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will work on Benefits Local Coordination and will be responsible for all Country and Site HR Benefits activities. You will get the opportunity to contribute and interact with the Total Rewards Team.
Accountabilities
You will be accountable for:
- Define and align benefits strategy, objectives, and expected outcomes
- Plan, launch, and optimize benefits programs (including approvals and changes)
- Select and manage vendors, contracts, and associated costs
- Ensure compliance, governance, audits, and regulatory adherence (incl. IAS 19)
