We are looking for a Human Resources Supervisor!

Objective: Responsible for ensuring the daily oversight of the HR Department, under active supervision, supporting team members in their development to provide high-performance, high-quality service.
Specific functions:
- Ensure compliance with sensitive processes, including the maintenance of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), including, but not limited to, payroll, social security, control files, form updates, and historical data.
- Receive and respond to employee escalations related to personnel management, anonymous complaints, workplace climate issues, and internal communications.
